**Responsibilities**:
- Manage a team of Solutions Engineers that provide exemplary operational support and consultative services at scale to customers and agencies.
- Deliver strategic vision of the Google Professional Services organization, working with Sales, Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure strategic alignment with customer needs.
- Manage and communicate processes and metrics to enable a highly transparent, credible and impactful organization.
- Lead ongoing initiatives to continually drive greater automation/efficiency of complex, multifaceted workflows and processes.
