Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in a role involving use of technology to solve for business objectives
- 3 years of experience in managing customer-facing technical teams
- Experience in operations management, including governance on operational processes, hygiene, resource planning, and capacity management

Preferred qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Information Systems
- 8 years of experience with digital advertising, marketing, consulting, or media
- 3 years of experience working with large businesses and customers in SEA/APAC
- 2 years of experience managing people
- Experience in the Ad Tech industry and Internet technologies, with exposure to data integration and cloud technologies
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment across multiple teams, including working with Sales

As a Manager of gTech Professional Services, you will lead a team of Solutions Architects, and lead them to design and deliver impactful technical solutions that solve for the specific advertising needs of our strategic customers, ultimately helping our customers to be successful in a thriving ads ecosystem.

In this role, you will act as a partner to our advertisers, agencies, partners, and as a consultant to internal teams to translate commercial business needs into solutions. You will be accountable for building trusted technical partnership with Sales leadership and help drive the business growth. You will serve a critical role in providing thought leadership to establish gTech Professional Services (gPS), as a strategic thought partner to our Sales team. You'll be accountable to set and evolve the strategic goals of the service organization, in alignment with regional business and gPS goals. Lastly, you will run the operations of the team in alignment with the goal to ensure efficiency and customer impact.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a high-performing team of Ads Solution Architects that provides technical solutions and consultative services to our most strategic customers, while ensuring the successful acquisition and retention of talent.
- Develop and deliver strategic goals of the organization, establishing close relationships with executive leaders in Sales, Specialist, Go-To-Market, and Product teams to ensure strategic alignment with customer opportunities and regional business goals.
- Work with cross-functional teams to execute on large internal and external high-impact projects and initiatives.
- Manage and direct executive level conversations with stakeholders and customers, to successfully translate business objectives into technical plans.
- Support team norms that foster belonging, inclusion, psychological safety, and respect. Facilitate collaboration and open communication to help teams achieve great results together.
