**Job Overview**
This HR Executive will be responsible for all HR backend functions, including payroll, employment documentation, statutory submissions, compliance, and HR record-keeping. The role also supports general office administration and regulatory tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**
**_Payroll & HR Compliance _**
- Administer monthly payroll, including overtime and variable components.
- Ensure timely submission of CPF, IRAS (IR8A, IR21), SDL, and other statutory payments.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, confirmation notices, and exit documentation.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with the Employment Act, MOM regulations, and PDPA.
- Support external audits, MOM inspections, and internal compliance checks.
**_Performance & Policy Administration _**
- Track probation evaluations, contract renewals, and confirmation timelines.
- Maintain the performance review system and prepare administrative templates.
- Assist in drafting or updating HR SOPs and policy documents.
**_Administrative Support _**
- Provide support in office administration including HR document filing, licence renewals, vendor submissions, and inter-departmental correspondence.
- Manage office supplies and records related to HR functions.
- Liaise with statutory bodies and external agencies for HR-related documentation.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 2-3 years of experience in payroll or HR administration.
- Familiar with HRIS/payroll systems (Info-Tech, JustLogin, etc.) and statutory regulations.
- Detail-oriented, confidential, and highly organised.
