Manager - Human Resources

**Summary**:The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the oversight & management of the Human Resources function, which includes Talent Acquisition for the Singapore location.
**Principle Accountabilities**:
- Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the area of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics.
- Communicates findings to senior management via formal presentations and standard management reporting artifacts on a periodic/quarterly/annual basis.
- Identify and propose additional opportunities for HR/decision-support analytics.
- Maintains knowledge of HR policies, programs, laws, and issues. Understands the differences between domestic and international policies and programs and coordinates the integration of all such programs.
- Provide strategic oversight and direction to the Company’s benefits policy and practices.
- To oversee and direct the full life cycle of the recruiting process. This includes developing recruiting strategies to ensure job openings are filled in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Prepare one-off and recurring reports using employee data in Workday and other data repositories.
