**Post-Transaction Integration Support**:

- Work with post-transaction integration teams to ensure the smooth transition and integration of acquired businesses, helping to identify synergies and streamline operational processes.

**Compliance and Regulatory Oversight**:

- Ensure all due diligence activities comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that could impact the due diligence process, particularly in relation to mergers, acquisitions, and investments.
