**What you will be doing**:

- Undergoing fast-track development tailored for each graduate to work in both project-based and operations-focused roles through on-the-job training in the field of blockchain and digital assets mining.
- Join one of the major project teams and develop your technical skill sets in a specific knowledge area:

- Software development in C++/Java/Golang/PHP, Web/UIUX, etc., DevOps, Embedded systems, etc.
- Cyber Security e.g., Security Ops, Penetration Testing, Threat analysis, etc.
- Information Technology & Infrastructure, e.g., IT, SysOps, Networks, Data Center Ops etc.
- Product Management, e.g., Product design, Product analysis, New product invention, etc.
- Hardware Design Engineer, e.g.Hardware testing, Thermal structure, etc.
- Supply Chain, e.g., Production, Quality, Logistics, Procurement, etc.
- Corporate functions, e.g, BD &Sales, Marketing, PR, Finance, HR, Risk & Compliance
- Flexibility to rotate to other business functions for cross-functional exposure
- Provided the opportunity to grow and develop leadership skills under the mentorship and guidance of our key functional leaders and become an independent and creative multi-tasker talent.
