**Job responsibilities**
- Ability to deliver a professional and high-quality service in a customer-facing role.
- Engage potential customers and explain clearly the programs we offer.
- Support cross selling activities to existing customers.
- Develop rapport with customers and build brand loyalty.
- To work closely with the principal to provide regular feedback and insights in achieving greater customer intimacy.
- Attend to customers’ feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Taking ownership of customers’ problems and follow through to resolution effectively.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

**Job requirements**
- Possesses at least GCE ‘O’ levels.
- Able to work shift hours and on weekends (4 weekdays and 1 weekend).
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Possesses emotional maturity and passion for customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is preferred, but not necessary.
