The Global Talent Acquisition Team is a highly mobile team that drives talent growth to meet our business needs worldwide. You will help build our global talent pipeline by taking charge of challenging hiring efforts from around the world, such as recruitment drives in new markets as well as strategic positions in existing markets.

This role is based in Singapore.
- Conduct fundamental research in speech/music, such as speech synthesis, music generation, and audio-driven talking face generation;
- Develop cutting-edge speech and music techniques with deep learning and transfer them into demos and products that solve real-world problems;
- Collaborate on large projects that are strategically prioritized by the SAIL;
- Publish influential research work on top conferences and journals.
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a PhD or Master degree in Computer Science or AI-related field (not necessarily in the field of speech, NLP or CV also welcomed);
- Strong programming skills in Python and experienced in deep learning frameworks, e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch;
- (preferred) Familiar with famous models in speech/music fields, e.g., FastSpeech, WaveNet, HiFi-GAN and music Transformer;
- (preferred) An active contributor on open source speech/music/audio projects;
- (preferred) Publications on AI conferences and journals;
- (preferred) Medals in programming competitions like ACM-ICPC regional contests.
