**Logistics Responsibilities**
- Follow superior’s instruction to coordinate with overseas suppliers or customers on shipment matters.
- Identify and liaise with suitable freight forwarders and packing vendors; negotiate for competitive rates.
- Supervise on-site packing, crating, and pickup of goods.
- Arrange local transportation for inventory transfers between warehouses.
- Prepare and generate shipping documents for goods import or export.
**Engineering Assistance**
- Receive Tester electronic boards from engineers and pack them for shipment (e.g., via FedEx, DHL).
- Unpack incoming boards, inspect the condition, and hand them over to the engineer.
- Assist engineers with test equipment setup or configuration as needed.
**Inventory Management**
- Store and maintain inventory properly, and coordinate with the finance team for regular inventory checks.
- Record incoming and outgoing goods using the internal inventory management system
- Verify that the quantity and specifications of items match the order during receiving and shipping.
**General Support**
- Support the team and company with general tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- O-Level or above; proficient in English.
- 3 or more years of relevant work experience.
- Familiar with MS Office software (especially Excel) and databases.
- Knowledge of local import and export policies and regulations.
- Able to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a sense of ownership.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and actual driving experience
