We are assisting a Singapore Multi-national Company with Global presence across a vertical field of Technology businesses across Aviation, Communications, Engineering, Manufacturing, Marine, Security and Telecommunications globally.

This Trainer requirement will be joining the Skills and Training Development Team that will focus on enhancing the technical capabilities and skills of the Organisation’s employee compliment.

This role will perform a dual capacity as a Trainer and as a Training Development with emphasis on Communications, Electrical and Electronics Engineering aspects.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- As a Trainer, you will be the primary person in designing and developing training materials in-relation to the technical expertise of the business (eg: Communications, Electrical, Electronics Devices) and it’s discipline.
- Will work closely with Technical Subject Matter Expert’s in getting their inputs to build an accurate and strong training platform for easy learning curve and absorption of knowledge.
- Perform the training to the specified audience and ascertain they gain the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

**Position Requirements**:

- Must be a Degree / Diploma Holder in HR Training related, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in Training Development or as a Engineering Trainer.
- Confident and Business level command in communication.
