Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Technical Trainer located in Singapore Mandai bus depot. The Senior Technical Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs for our staff. This includes creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and assessing the effectiveness of the training programs. The role involves working closely with other departments to ensure that training aligns with operational needs and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Experience as a Technical Trainer and in Technical Training
Expertise in Training & Development and general Training skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Diploma in Engineering
Experience in the public transport industry is a plus
Certification in training and development is advantageous
