Job responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Manage and maintain Managing Partner’s appointments and schedule;
- Running of errands on behalf of Managing Partner
- Keep an updated wine inventory list and cigar list
- Assist in making medical appointments and registration
- Assist in making reservations for meeting venues such as restaurants
- Organize, manage and execute company events initiated by Managing Partner
- Assist in procurement of items for Managing Partner’s office and corporate gifts
- Plan and organize events, engage with stakeholders, manage corporate administrative matters
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential personnel and institutional information while exercising discretion
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in Chinese and English language
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Self-motivated individual who is efficient, organized and meticulous, work well under pressure
