**Title**:
Billing and Costing Supervisor

**Job Purpose**:
The Billing and Costing Supervisor will ensure the consistent operations of all Billing and Costing related functions, to include timely and accurate month end close. Will work with Branch Managers to identify revenue and profit opportunities/risks.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
Manage Billing and Costing function to ensure
- Lead the billing and costing team, manage month end close deadlines.
- Verify all the charges from agent and / or any other and liaising with other department and other Marken offices when needed, ensure Suppliers are paid timely to prevent service interruptions and late fees.
- Responsible for preparing report, monthly reconciliations of supplier statements etc.
- Ad hoc tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance desired.
- Logistics industry experience preferable, specialist courier experience desirable.
- Experience in healthcare or related industry a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting function with direct AP supervisory or management experience.
- Intermediate Excel skills a must. Advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Must be organized, dedicated, and possess excellent communication skills.
- Must have a desire to learn, work independently, and possess strong problem solving skills.
