Third Party Management Lead

Builds and coordinates a third party management team with clear strategy and goals
- Develops long term sustainable relationship with existing partners.
- Assesses the entire partner & outsourcing ecosystem to optimize risks & performance quality with costs. Suggests and implements changes in collaboration with respective stakeholders group wide.
- Monitors market for new solutions and potential new partners.
- Understands each partner account in deep detail. Their capabilities, automation levels, performance metrics, operating roadblocks, new developments, pricing strategies.
- Support ongoing operations of partners, invoices, reconciliation.
- Owns partner performance issues. Measures, tracks and analyses partner performance.
- Sets partner performance improvement expectations and ensures completion.
- Prepares and leads negotiations for new collaboration cycles in cooperation with respective stakeholders.
- Leads Third Party Specialists, Managers and Senior Managers, communicates clear expectations and task ownerships, helps team members grow in their roles.
- Ensures measurability and transparency of TPM Team’s projects
- Main POC for the Senior Management information requests. Can easily pick up strategic projects and deliver them. Solve group wide problems with high impact. Use strategic thinking to predict and solve high risk issues. Makes sure Wise is compliant.
