Job Overview

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing Third Party Business Arrangements through all stages of the Third Party Management Lifecycle (TPML). Your expertise will ensure alignment with relevant frameworks, policies, and standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all stages of Third Party Business Arrangements, from initiation to termination.
  • Maintain knowledge of Business Arrangement terms, including key Third Party and business segment or corporate function deliverables.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance of Business Arrangements, identifying and escalating issues where necessary to mitigate risk.
  • Serve as Lead Vendor Manager for strategic, critical, and complex relationships across multiple business segments or corporate functions, supporting the Accountable Executive that owns TD's relationship with the Third Party.

Critical Success Factors:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure integrity in dealing with Third Parties, complying with TD's Expense Policy, Enterprise Procurement Policy, Vendor Management Policy, and Code of Conduct and Ethics.
  • Continuously improve processes to facilitate entering into Third Party Business Arrangements and promote effective delivery.
