**Responsibilities**
- Coordination, planning, tracing, and executing export movements of Ocean Freight Shipments for customer.
- Tracking and updating real time movement and status of every shipment in Excel reports,
- FCL/LCL/CONSOL shipment bookings made with carriers in accordance with customer forecast of container requirements as well as adhere to booking approved contracted lanes and carriers for maximum economical output and time efficiency.
- Complete customs clearances, ensuring full compliance to any relevant regulations.
- Manage documentation flow. This includes bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices and certificates of origin and licences.
- Work in a small team, covering all aspects of the forwarding process.
- The Sea Freight Coordinator will book all movement of modes of freight.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
