- Join us as a member of the roasting team, roasting specialty coffee to the high quality standards. This is a role for you if you are detail-oriented, have a strong interest in coffee, and are looking to learn about roasting as well as the various segments of the specialty coffee industry in Singapore. _

**Responsibilities**:

- Roast and blend various types of specialty coffee beans
- Operate roasting machines with Cropster roasting software
- Prepare green coffee for roasting
- Package coffee for retail, online & wholesale orders
- Maintain roasting equipment
- Evaluate green coffee samples through cupping
- Record data from production roasts
- Taste and evaluate roast profiles for constant improvement

**Job Requirements**:

- Strong interest in coffee
- Prior roasting experience beneficial but not required
- 1-3 years working in coffee, production, or warehouse/fulfilment role
- Detail-oriented and willing to learn
- Physically fit and able to carry heavy loads
- 5-days work week
