**What We Are Looking For?**Responsible for leading a team of engineers and ensuring they have the resources they need to complete projects on time and within budget.**Overseeing the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects, providing guidance and support to the team as needed.**Communicating project progress, technical challenges, and risks to clients and stakeholders.**Providing technical consulting and guidance to clients, helping them make informed decisions about their engineering projects.**Evaluating project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring projects are completed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.**Mentoring and coaching team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.**Staying current with industry trends, technology developments, and best practices, and incorporating this knowledge into projects. Gathering trends and keeping the team including senior stakeholders informed about innovative trends.**Perform code review and regular performance tests.**Educate on a daily basis business stakeholders / client stakeholders about updates, changes, new trends.**Keep an OPEX aligned with client expectations and maintain control on a weekly/daily basis on Subscription or Cloud services - controlled with Operative team members.**Reuse as much as possible open source software to cut times and costs.**Design and provide technology solutions into smaller EPICs or Features. Responsibility is to engage with clients on a daily basis and capture complex business requirements or problems to then break them down into smaller solutions. Education and communication of clients is also key.**Coordinate and communicate proactively daily with all the team and client at any risk or opportunity. Every risk or opportunity must be linked with a proposal. Designed and validated with team members and communicated with Senior leadership.**

**What Will Make You Succeed?**Location: Singapore**Languages: English. Cantonese, Japanese or Corean will be a plus.**You have a deep understanding of engineering concepts and principles, as well as the ability to stay current with industry trends and advancements.**Experience on Tech services as Mobile, Data, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence or Transformation.**A proactive go-getter with a winner mentality.**Experience making executive-level calls, developing tech solutions that help our clients, and then mobilizing internal assets to deliver on time and above expectations.**Prior experience in a software services company is a great plus.**You must be comfortable demonstrating software and speaking to technical and non-technical executives at all levels of our organization.**A start-up mode mentality.**Consultative, persuasive, persistent attitude, but also collaborative and a team player**Excellent oral & written presentation, communication and influencing skills.
