**VP HOSPITALITY (CO-LIVING)**

We represent a Singapore-based real estate owner with extensive experience of developing a wide range of mid-to-large scale projects across the region. The company aims to diversify their asset class portfolio and has ambitious plan of developing a co-living concept with their existing and upcoming projects both in Singapore and overseas.

The
**VP Hospitality** is responsible for project execution, go-to-market strategies, expansion plans, management agreement, P&L to operations.

**You will be a great fit if you possess the following**:

- Academic background or qualification in Real Estate or Hospitality
- At least 15 years relevant experience in the Real Estate and/or Hospitality industry in Singapore and/or across SouthEast Asia
- Skilled with proven leadership experience in operations, general management, business development, effective negotiation skills, and management agreements background with operators
- Experience in #coliving concept/space and/or hospitality (serviced apartments) pre-opening
- Expertise in emerging real estate markets, purpose-built and communal living
- Experience in residential or hotel redevelopment or greenfield project is an advantage
- Previous experience working with property owner and/or developer side is preferred
- Capable of managing stakeholders effectively
- A background in facilities, project management, design, and the latest residential technology trends would be advantageous
