**Key Responsibilities**:

- **B2B Sales Strategy & Market Expansion**:

- Identify new business opportunities, target accounts, and verticals for growth within the chocolate and cookie categories.
- Negotiate and close deals with key business clients, ensuring competitive pricing, optimal terms, and long-term partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B customers to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- **Product Portfolio Management**:

- Oversee and manage the B2B product portfolio for chocolates and cookies, ensuring that products meet the specific requirements of business clients, including packaging, portion sizes, and customization needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored product offerings and promotional packages for B2B customers.
- **Market Analysis & Client Insights**:

- Conduct thorough market research to understand the needs, preferences, and challenges of B2B customers in the chocolate and cookie sectors.
- Gather feedback from clients to adapt and improve the product offering, ensuring that products meet their business objectives and contribute to their success.
- Monitor industry trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to proactively adapt the product line and sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key business clients, acting as the primary point of contact for product inquiries, pricing, and support.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues, addressing concerns, and ensuring that business clients are satisfied with product quality, delivery timelines, and support.
- Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction to drive improvements in service delivery and strengthen client loyalty.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Provide regular updates to senior management on sales progress, new opportunities, and competitive landscape.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or product management within the food industry (confectionery or related experience preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to manage product portfolios and sales strategies in a business-to-business context.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use market data to drive sales strategies and product decisions.
