JR54067 Senior Engineer, NVE PE - NAND Validation and Characterization
- Develop test program and methodologies to perform power characterization of NAND devices.
- Run Power Char evaluation flows (Energy Table, Break Point Analysis, Vampire).
- Perform Electrical Failure Analysis during the evaluations, and investigate root causes of reported device issues.
- Collaborate with NAND Design, Application Engineering, Product and System teams to drive closure of device issues.
- Automation of program development and work processes using scripting.
- For Senior Engineer, 3 years and above experience in NAND related product and/or test program development
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Software development proficiency (e.g. C-based programming) and scripting (e.g. Perl, Python)
- Simulation software know-how (e.g. Verilog, Synopsis VCS) is a plus
- Effective communication skills in written and spoken English
- Good multitasking and organizational skills
- Strong presentation skills Self-motivation and enthusiasm
