JR26501 SENIOR ENGINEER - NVE PE

**General responsibilities of the position are the following**:

- You will be responsible for product reliability test development and testing strategies for Micron’s leading edge 3D NAND memory. You will be engaged in developing, validating, characterizing and qualifying Micron’s next generation 3D NAND memory products.
- Develop wafer level reliability flow (MAF / pWLR) for intrinsic / defectivity improvement of new product/technology
- Writing and debugging wafer level test programs, working with other teams to ensure full reliability test coverage.
- Define and improve testing methods to address new product features on devices manufactured at Micron’s R&D facility.
- Collaborate with Media Health Core Team, NAND Product Development, System Development and Quality/Reliability team to develop and ship end products
- Utilize in house statistical tools for engineering data analysis for validation, risk assessment etc

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering.
- Knowledge of Programming Languages such as C++ and Python is required
- Basic understanding of NAND Flash Device Physics and design
- Effective communication skills in written and spoken English
- Good multitasking skills and ability to set priorities in a fast moving, dynamic environment
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Self-motivation and enthusiasm
