**JOB SUMMARY**

F&B Service Crew to be part of our F&B team, supporting the overall F&B operations of the Restaurant. Report to the Restaurant Operations Manager. Assist in the day to day running of the event services department within the overall policies and controls established by the Company. Assist to oversee all of the issues pertaining to the guests' dining experience, such as quality control, staff management, inventory, customer service.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Attend briefing before operations.
- Preparations before day to day operation.
- Responsible for handling food and beverage orders and serving guests.
- Provide friendly, excellent service to all guests.
- Assist fellow Team Members to perform preparation and setting up in the restaurants for food service and ensure all available amenities and utensils are properly stocked and inspected prior to service.
- Update menu knowledge.
- Assist guests on their respective requests, conduct suggestive and up-selling, well-versed in all aspects of the menu.
- Assisting supervisor and managers on counting month-end inventory
- Ensure cleanliness of restaurant.
- Provide F&B service at functions and events.
- Ensure compliance with established service standards
- All other task is given by the supervisor and managers

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Secondary school education with ‘O’ Level passes; Diploma in any field is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 year in a guest service / guest contact roles, preferably in a hospitality organization.
- Possess food hygiene and safety certification.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends & public holidays.
- Possess a well-groomed, professional appearance.
