
Manager, Corporate Marketing

Corporate Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develop and protect Boustead brand name and BP Group’s brand equity, undertaking branding exercises to uphold and project a compelling, consistent and reputable corporate image to both internal and external stakeholders
- Manage content updates for the corporate websites through the WordPress-based and/or Drupal-based content management systems, and develop website content including design, layout and copywriting, and maintain website in conjunction with IT Department
- Manage development and production of new digital marketing initiatives (e.g. LinkedIn)
- Design, develop and publish corporate marketing collaterals including corporate brochures, presentations and corporate videos
- Develop and proofread content for print/digital advertising and promotional activities
- Draft speeches for corporate events
- Manage the development and upkeep of the BP Group’s brand assets
- Manage the procurement of printed corporate stationery
- Attend to corporate marketing and general enquiries
Media Relations Responsibilities:
- Role as one of BP Group’s key media ambassadors
- Manage communications with members of mainstream and financial media, including:
- Preparing and disseminating announcements and media releases
- Handling and preparing responses to media enquiries
- Managing media pitches and media interviews with senior management
- Organising media-related events, e.g. media launches, media conferences
- Conduct media monitoring on the BP Group/competitors/sector and archive media articles that feature or mention the BP Group
Investor Relations Responsibilities:
- Manage production of corporate publications including annual reports, shareholder circulars, earnings announcements and other company announcements and media releases, including content development and copywriting
- Meet with and establish good rapport with research analysts, institutional investors, retail investors and other financial market stakeholders
- Attend and present at investor conferences, presentations and roadshows
- Assist in planning and executing general meetings
- Plan, organise and execute investor relations events including annual earnings audiocast/webcast and investor days
- Attend to investor relations queries keeping in line with the existing scope of disclosure and in accordance with the Boustead Projects Investor Relations and Shareholder Communications Policy
- Create annual summaries for senior management on Boustead Projects’ share price performance, shareholder base and investor relations activities
- Assist in market/competitor monitoring activities and M&A-related due diligence activities
- Assist in drafting Board papers and preparing quarterly/ad-hoc business updates for Board
- Assist senior management in preparation and presentation of mid-term business plans to Board and internal/external stakeholders
Sustainability Reporting Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage production of BP Group's annual sustainability report in accordance with SGX reporting requirements, Global Reporting Initiative (“GRI”) standards and based on the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (“TCFD”) including:
- Being BP Group’s Longevity Reporting Champion
- Working with relevant internal stakeholders to collect, analyse and present sustainability reporting data
- Developing content and copywriting for sustainability report
- Drive BP Group ESG initiatives
Other Key Roles:
- Ensure that all holistic stakeholder communications activities are aligned with Boustead Group HQ and play integral role as part of Group Corporate Marketing & Investor Relations Team
- Provide counsel on external communications matters relating to the BP Group and assist with internal communications initiatives as and when required
- BP Group SharePoint administration, including managing announcements and user access.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in [marketing and/or communications]
- Minimum of [5] years of relevant experience
- Demonstrates expertise in branding, investor relations, sustainability reporting, marketing strategies and public/media relations
- Displays excellent communications and writing skills
- Displays good interpersonal skills and ability to work with various levels of management, e.g. C-suite, HODs, middle management
- Possesses basic level of financial knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and Word
- Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Working experience with Drupal and WordPress would be an advantage
