**Your Role**

Mighty Jaxx is seeking an experienced Trade Marketer to champion the creation of
captivating in-store experiences and ensure our brand stands out in retail environments.
You will design and implement tailored trade marketing strategies, and work with our global
teams to roll out the initiatives, lead category management projects, and build strong
relationships with retailers and distributors to maximise market penetration.

Your role involves budget management, process improvements, and integrating innovation
into merchandising programs to achieve business goals. This role combines creative
problem-solving, strategic planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive
brand success in the physical retail environment.

**Responsibilities**

**Trade Marketing**
- Develop a trade marketing plan that aligns with the overall marketing strategy and

addresses the unique needs of each product category.
- Define a complete trade marketing mix, focusing on specific sales channels, key

clients, and points of sale to ensure effective execution and to maximise results.
- Design and implement tailored customer-specific programs across different retail
- points.
- Oversee and coordinate the execution of initiatives across regional markets.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives, adjusting
- strategies to maximise results.
- Manage and evaluate trade marketing budgets to optimise ROI and ensure
- alignment with business priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel
- partners to drive brand visibility and market penetration.
- Facilitate cross-functional relationships to bridge the gap between development

and implementation of trade marketing plans.

**Merchandising / Visual Merchandising**
- Drive strategic vision to enhance the in-store Mighty Jaxx branded experience.
- Collaborate with internal sales, creative and product development teams to design
- impactful in-store campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate central production and distribution of retail visual merchandising assets.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of Mighty Jaxx’s merchandising initiatives.
- Lead category management projects to ensure optimal shelf space and product
- placement in retail environments.
- Enhance brand awareness and attract customers through effective visual

merchandising and design strategies.

**General**
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to integrate feedback and insights into

marketing efforts.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to

inform strategic decisions.
- Guide continuous process improvements to enhance speed to market and address

operational challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate innovation into merchandising

programs.
**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in trade marketing, category management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer
- insights.
- Skilled in financial and quantitative analysis, including ROI evaluation and budget
- oversight.
- Detail-oriented and excels in project management, ensuring seamless execution.
- Demonstrated expertise in crafting innovative and cutting-edge merchandising
- solutions for retail.
- Proficiency in building relationships with stakeholders across various channels.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, highly organised with
- outstanding time management and scheduling capabilities.
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects concurrently, prioritising effectively, and

delivering high quality work within deadlines and budget constraints.
