**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and target audience.
- Lead and manage the creation of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content, and traditional channels.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand positioning and growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business development goals.
- Oversee the management of the company’s online presence, including website updates, SEO strategies, and social media accounts.
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to refine strategies and improve results.
- Coordinate and execute promotional activities, events, and partnerships to increase brand visibility.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and other partners to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Develop and maintain budgets for marketing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in marketing, ideally in the immigration or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media management, and analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to execution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and tracking return on investment (ROI).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
