**Key Responsibilities**
- Performs routine Quality analysis.
- Communicate daily with the quality inspectors to review the trends of the product specifications and analysis results.
- Communicate with other departments to focus on problem-solving.
- Ensure compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures pertaining to receiving, storage, and shipping.
- Collects quality samples according to sampling protocol.
- Analyses quality samples to determine quality issues.
- Responsible for keeping required records and documentation.
- Responsible for entering data into the quality department's computerized system.
- Ensuring compliance with the product specifications.
- Ensure compliance with the legislation and laws.

- Diploma or Degree in Food Technology/ Food Science/ or equivalent.
- Min 1 year of culinary experience in a professional kitchen environment preferred.
- Familiar with savoury food processing and safe food handling.
