Key Responsibilities:
- **Sustainability Strategy Development**: Lead the design and execution of comprehensive sustainability strategies for clients across Southeast Asia. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify sustainability opportunities, set clear goals, and develop a roadmap for implementation.
- **Client Engagement**: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients in the region, building and maintaining strong relationships. Understand client needs, provide expert guidance, and ensure the successful delivery of sustainability consulting services.
- **Business Development**: Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Develop proposals, pitch ideas, and secure new sustainability consulting projects. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate the sustainability landscape effectively.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage a high-performing team of sustainability consultants, guiding their professional development, ensuring project success, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- **Project Management**: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded. Implement effective project management practices and quality control measures.
- **Performance Reporting**: Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to track the impact of sustainability initiatives and consulting projects. Provide clients with clear, data-driven insights into their sustainability progress.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a Business / Engineering / Environmental field
- Proven experience in sustainability consulting or related roles, with at least 8 years of experience in leadership positions.
- In-depth knowledge of sustainability frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to identify opportunities for sustainability-driven growth.
- Excellent project management and team leadership skills.
- Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and dynamic work environment.
- A deep commitment to sustainability and a passion for driving positive change.
