**Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert legal advice and support on various legal, regulatory, and compliance matters, ensuring the company operates within the law.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements, safeguarding the company's interests in all business transactions.
- Handle all legal matters, including litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution processes.
- Develop and implement company policies, guidelines, and procedures to minimize legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Advise on corporate governance and best practices, assisting in the development of corporate strategies and risk management.
- Liaise with external legal counsel as needed, effectively managing legal resources to achieve desired outcomes.
- Keep abreast of changes in legislation and regulations, ensuring the company remains informed and compliant.

**Requirements**:

- A law degree from a recognized university and admission to the Singapore Bar.
- A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, preferably within the financial services sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore's legal, regulatory, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, managing a diverse range of legal matters and priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
