**Legal Counsel**Vallianz Corporate Services Pte Ltd**Location: Singapore**

**Job Purpose**:

- Advice & support all legal matters for Vallianz group of companies

**Responsibilities**:

- Advise and provide support on legal matters across a range of internal & external

transactions including corporate, offshore/ commercial, and general advisory work.
- Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing deal documentation & contracts
- Work closely with the Internal Management team and external advisory teams to manage

disputes and other corporate transactions.
- Work closely with various departments within the Group on joint ventures, tenders and

commercial contracts & shipping-related work.
- Ensure compliance of applicable laws and regulations
- Good autonomy on various tasks including non-disclosure agreements, memoranda of

understanding and commercial contracts.
- Conduct legal research to develop a good understanding of the Group’s business

activities.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Law/ LLB in Law
- Singapore qualified lawyer
- Possess at least 4 years of post-qualification experience, whether in-house or in private

practice.
- Previous working experience in a public listed company within the offshore industry will

be advantageous.
- Possess positive working attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal relation skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
