**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Perform general administrative duties (invoices, quotations, printing, mailing, filing)
- Maintain client records, including insurance policies, renewals, and claims.
- Process and follow up on motor insurance claims.
- Assist clients with inquiries and follow up related to motor insurance policies.
- Prepare and distribute necessary documentation for policy renewals and claims.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Perform assigned ad-hoc duties.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Administration, Business or its equivalent.
- At least 1 years' work experience in a similar capacity preferred.
- Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- 5 days’ work week
