**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Perform day-to-day AP transactions, **e.g., **key in supplier bills and arrange PMT accordingly to due date**:
- **Issuing of Invoice**:
- **Uploading Payment Voucher to Cloud based Accounts Folder**:
- **Working with Accountant to ensure payment advise is being created**:
- **Prepare Payment Vouchers**:
- **Other admin jobs if required by director of company**
**Requirement**
- **Monday - Friday / prefer attend in the afternoon and end before 6pm (For PART TIMERS)**:
- **At least 3 days per week**:
- **Good excel and Microsoft skills**:
- **Working Address**:7 Soon Lee Street
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 24 - 44 per week
**Benefits**:
- Promotion to permanent employee

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:
