**Role Description: Sales/Project Specialist**
As a Sales/Project Specialist, you'll collaborate with internal departments to pitch client accounts, ensuring seamless execution of customer requirements. Working closely with the Director, you'll progress from learning sales pitches to leading individual accounts, fostering a strong sense of teamwork.
**Specific Responsibilities**:
The role involves active participation in:
- Mastering sales pitching processes and techniques
- Conducting compelling presentations
- Effectively following up with clients and securing their enrollment
- Planning and overseeing project executions
**Competencies**:
- Identifying and targeting the right tier of clients through online platforms
- Exceptional telecommunication skills to convince clients for face-to-face meetings
- Delivering professional presentations to persuade business owners
- Collaborative project planning internally to achieve project goals
- Determining an optimal selling price ensuring a Win-Win situation for clients
- Leadership, both internally and externally, guiding the team towards common project goals
- Executing the sales process in alignment with proposed plans
- Developing business strategies for clients, including food pairing recommendations
- Establishing connections with clients across multiple industries
- Preparing comprehensive post-sales reports

**Salary: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month**
