**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Promote and sell Start Young Play’s programs and services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships (parents, schools, community partners).
- Conduct outreach via calls, events, and networking opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management team.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and marketing approaches.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or business development preferred (training will be provided).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable engaging with parents, schools, and community partners.
- Passion for education and child development is a plus.
- Must be based in Singapore.
