**PeopleSolve is an international search firm recruiting experienced and qualified nurses from around the world. Our program is specifically designed to help Singapore & internationally educated nurses succeed permanently in our strategic partner’s healthcare organizations in Singapore and beyond.

Since our beginning in 2021, we have helped 6,000 + nurses and healthcare professionals, both full time and part time, to secure placements in key healthcare locations including hospitals, clinics, community care centers, testing and vaccination centers.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Degree and above.
- Someone who is positive and have a “can-do” mentality.
- Open to new ideas and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ready to contribute to the future of healthcare.
- Available to travel, may include up to 30% of the time.

**About The Role**
- This is a newly created role because of our business expansion. You will be coached by one of our senior consultants.
- Conduct pre-screening, shortlisting, and interviews of healthcare professionals.
- Consult and partner with clients, assisting with mass recruitment, selection and onboarding people, fully understand clients’ needs and requirements, and complete the full recruitment cycle.
- Become a trusted advisor to our healthcare organization clients with a deep knowledge and understanding of their organization, needs, challenges, operations, and culture.
- Help to create a high-performance culture.
- Strong data-driven mentality, multi-tasking and time management, ability to use technology and solid aptitude for learning are critical to this role.
- Strong team player and good interpersonal skills.
