Job Description

**Working location**: Central

**Working hours**: Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5:30pm (Hybrid working arrangement)
Salary up to S$5,000 + AWS + VB
Experience in Procurement Analysis
Engineering in Mechanical, Industrial or Aerospace

Our Client is a global market leader as an automotive parts supplier with a focus on wire harnesses, instruments, and components such as connectors and terminals.

**Job Descriptions**:
Profit improvement through purchasing activities and analytics with internal and external stakeholders.
RFQ and supplier sourcing for new component.
Project management for new carline or refresh carline.
Identify supply risk and BCP countermeasures.
Collaborate with Business Units to present business case to OEMs for purchasing initiative changes.
Organize external supplier onsite visit to production plant for VA/VE activities.
Participate in cross functional review and workshop with various stakeholder for AP activities.
Collaborate with global AP stakeholders to develop a global profit improvement KPI tracker.
Standardize, streamline and align processes with AP working group.
Develop various purchasing tools in collaboration with Data Management and IT Departments.
Analyze and improve various business processes.

**Job Requirements**:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering preferably in Mechanical, Industrial or Aerospace.
Preferably with at least 3 years of experience in the automotive sector and at least 2 years of experience in leading purchasing activities or in supply chain.
At least 1 year of experience working on purchasing analytics will be advantageous.
Proficient in Chinese or Japanese language will be advantageous for communication with affiliated companies in China and Japan.
Advance or expert level in Microsoft Suites Skill especially Excel, Basic VBA and Power Query.
