Overview

What will you do?

**Pre-Sales & Business Development**
- Engage in pre-sales activities, prospect visits, and product demonstrations to assess client needs.
- Tailor solutions to support business growth and foster strong partner relationships.
- Lead preparation and execution of bids and tenders, including cost estimation and obtaining approvals.

**Solution Architecture & Design**
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
- Lead and implement Proofs of Concept (POCs) to validate and demonstrate solution feasibility.

**Project Delivery & Execution**
- Lead and manage agile development processes, including sprint planning and continuous improvement.
- Oversee system delivery, installation, integration, testing, and commissioning.
- Provide hands-on technical support throughout the system lifecycle, including troubleshooting and optimization.

**Technical Expertise & Innovation**
- Stay current with technological trends and incorporate relevant innovations into solutions.
- Drive improvements across all lifecycle stages of the system.

**Stakeholder & Team Management**
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and management teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Engage with senior internal and external stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.
- **_15+ years_**_ of experience in solution design, technical leadership, and end-to-end system delivery._
- _Proven track record in _**_architecting and implementing large-scale, mission-critical systems_**_, ensuring seamless integration and scalability._
- _Strong leadership in _**_agile development methodologies_**_, including sprint planning, execution, and team collaboration._
- _In-depth knowledge of _**_video systems, data analytics, big data_**_, and _**_AI-based solutions_**_._
- _Extensive expertise in _**_cloud platforms_**_ (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), including infrastructure design, security, and cost optimization._
- _Experience designing _**_cloud-native solutions_**_ with a focus on scalability, resilience, and efficiency._
- _Solid understanding of _**_software development lifecycle_**_, quality assurance, testing, and commissioning processes._
