Your will part a team of highly motivated individuals in the Video Intelligence Team, you will be required to assist business development team and presales team to prepare costing and budgetary quotations during Presales stage including some level of vendor management and project level administration work. You will be required to work on coordination of practice level activities such as logistic in equipment and development setup: shifting, stock taking etc.If you thrive on being part of delivery and transforming the clients’ operation, then this is the position for you. Your 'hands-on' knowledge, vast exposure and wealth of experience either in vendor and/or user environments, coupled with a driven and self-motivated personality, will ensure your success.

**Responsibilities**

The following are the activities in each scope of work:
General Management of activities
- Monitor and report on the Business KPI of the inhouse system to the practice lead

Support in the various level of presales, internal or external as well as help in planning events by the practice lead
- Liaise and work directly with client (stakeholders, Ops Managers and/or Contractors) for purpose of project and product delivery including maintenance support for internal and external activities.
- Monitor and update on inhouse equipment for security and audit concern and/or compliance matters and propose resolution.
- Prepare Management plan and submit compilation to the Client annually

**The ideal profile should have / be**:

- Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience in IT business analysis techniques
- Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques
- Able to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship
