**EMS/ITOM Engineer**

We have positions for software engineer or consultant responsible for the implementation and support of a range of leading IT infrastructure monitoring and automation software tools.

**Summary Job Responsibilities**
- Implement, deploy and supporting a range of sophisticated tools for the monitoring and management of the digital infrastructure.
- To perform upgrade planning with clients/manufacturers for the successful execution for such upgrade.
- Assist and provide expert best practices in adoption, expansion and testing of such tools in use cases.
- Planning, implementation and support of workload automation tools
- Create and maintain documentation in relation to the successful implementation of such tools.
- Working with other teams such as the network, security and project team on other related projects.
- Attending courses for purpose of acquiring professional product certification

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience with any monitoring tool (such as UIM, Automic, BMC, Autosys, Ansible, Splunk, Elastic, others). Basic experience of these tools shall be favorably considered.
- Experience with scripting languages to automate tasks and manipulate data
- Experience with enterprise-scale operations and maintenance environments
- Experience with programming and any of the SQL database would be plus.
- Good verbal, written and communication skills.
- Able to work independently with good analytical and problem-solving skill.
