
Facilities Management Executive

Job Description:
- Liaise with manager on a daily basis regarding current tasks, and assist in the planning of future tasks.
- Assist the Manager in the development of Facilities Management documents such as
facilities budgets, schedules, scope of works and plans.
- Execute facilities management administrave and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial documents.
- Supervise the facilities procurement process.
- Meeting with clients to assess their needs and define facilities requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate the allocaon of resources to ensure the facilities team has what is needed
at the right me.
- Assign tasks to team members and help them understand what is expected from them in terms of facilities milestones and deliverables.
- Liaison between the facilities team and facilities clients throughout the facilities life cycle.
- Help Managers monitor facilities progress and team’s performance and provide
updates to facilities stakeholders.
- Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports.
- Foster cross-team collaboraon to help project team members complete project tasks and
produce deliverables.
- Upon completion of facilities management, ensure full closure with all documentation in place for claims.
Requirements:
- Specialising in Facilities Management
- At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for Executive position
