**Make an Impact by**:
- Contribute to the detailed development and refinement of business plans and strategic roadmap components, preparing high-impact reports and presentations with advanced analytical insights for senior leadership.
- Proactively conduct in-depth market studies and research to identify trends and assess market dynamics, providing actionable strategic recommendations that help shape the company's direction and inform the annual operating plan (AOP).
- Contribute to and optimize specific elements of the organization's business review and operating cadence, participating in strategic discussions and overseeing reporting to ensure alignment with business goals and approved AOP/KPIs.
- Develop and deliver high-quality, executive-level business storyboards, strategic proposals, and impactful communications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead strong data and quality analysis and diagnosis of business performance, interpreting complex data to provide actionable business recommendations and ensure teams are driving towards and delivering on AOP and KPI targets.
- Take full ownership of the project management lifecycle for target-specific, strategic projects, including performance tracking, overall control, and facilitating coordination with various internal and external parties; report directly to the CEO and relevant project stakeholders.
- Develop and refine robust risk management strategies for all assigned strategic initiatives, proactively identifying roadblocks and proposing critical decisions.
- Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners to identify synergistic opportunities.
- Drive effective cross-functional collaboration, facilitating alignment across diverse business units and contributing to an effective ecosystem for sustained strategic success.
**Skils for Success**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in strategy, business planning, performance management, or project management roles.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience in problem-solving, interpreting data, and communicating insights effectively.
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools and dashboards (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Microsoft Project, Microsoft PowerPoint, Think cell).
- Proven ability to develop strategy materials, business presentations, and executive-level reports.
- Familiarity with planning and facilitating cross-functional meetings, including action tracking and stakeholder management.
- Experience leading strategic or transformation projects with multi-stakeholder involvement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with strong ownership and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and influence across different levels of the organization.
- Prior exposure to telecom, cloud, technology, or digital platform businesses is a plus.
