**Job Title: Clients Servicing Executive**

**Job Type: Part-Time**

**Working hours: Monday-Friday**

**Salary: $15-$18/hr**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers.

Ensure every customer receives personalized service that consistently exceeds expectations.

Manage and coordinate the distribution of gifts and rewards to customers.

Continuously seek ways to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Polytechnic Diploma Qualification.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

A customer-first mindset with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus.
