The Role

The Product Design team is responsible for creating our online product experience for each of our customers: Residents, Owners, and Internal Operations Staff. As a **Senior Product Designer** at Zeus, you’ll contribute to the strategy, vision, and execution of our core product offering.. You’ll be responsible for design solutions that shape our guest experiences as they plan, book, arrive, and live with Zeus.

You’ll work collaboratively with product, engineering, and business teams to iterate and build usable, useful and delightful experiences that help people who want to live with Zeus. You’ll engage across all phases of a project, using your skills in user research, concepting, prototyping, service design, information design, and workshop facilitation.

**What You’ll Do**
- Actively practice and evangelize customer-centric and problem-first thinking.
- Deeply understand business goals and work with product managers to define requirements, not just translate them into design
- Identify future opportunities, working as a key thought partner to your counterparts in Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
- Own, lead, and drive design problems from research and ideation through execution
- Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing
- Use quantitative and qualitative feedback to inform the design decisions
- Embrace an iterative process to build a truly amazing experience for our customers
**What You Bring**
- Significant experience as a Product Designer
- Extensive experience with the full life cycle of product design: research, prototyping, UX and visual design
- Experience building and maintaining design systems, design principles, and streamlined UI/UX flows
- An obsession with solving customer problems
- An ability to drive decision making, considering inputs from many stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset and decision-making skills balanced with an ability to trust your gut for speed gains
