**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment & Admin Duties**
- Post job advertisements on various job portals
- Conduct initial interviews
- Arrange training sessions and prepare training files
- Assist new members during on-boarding
- Manage management fund account
- Assist director in other administrative work as required

**Digital Marketing Duties**
- Assist with the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns to expand outreach and generate leads
- Manage the social media channels and build online presence through regular updates
- Monitor and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Support other marketing events as & when required

**Requirements**:

- Possess degree/diploma in any field, with relevant skills
- Strong analytical skills and observational skills
- Results-oriented, positive working attitude and hardworking
- Able to work independently as well as a team player
- Organised and meticulous with attention to details

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
