The Mobile Support Team aims to bring mental health services to the community. Our beneficiaries include persons with mental health conditions and their caregivers, whom we reach out through home visits and out-of-centre intervention sessions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Responsible for updating of clientele data and programme information and provide support for the centre’s outreach activities.

**Data and Information Management**
- Update clientele data and programme information
- Compile data and collate information for management reporting

**Outreach Support**
- Assist in the coordination of in-house and outreach activities and events
- Support outreach activities at our event booths
- Distribute outreach materials and maintain its inventory
- Consolidate feedback and evaluations
- Compile photos, feature articles and relevant documentation for each activity

**Administration and Reception**
- Perform reception and front office duties
- Provide administrative support to designated COMIT and CREST programmes

**Requirements**:

- At least GCE O Level/A Level certificate or Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum two years’ experience in office administration and front office
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Independent and service-oriented team player
- Possess effective organisational and follow-up skills with a sharp eye for details
