**Job Description
- What you’ll do**
In this role you will partner the Marketing Business to create a talented, diverse, capable and highly engaged collaborative Business Unit that is focused on achieving the evolving Business Objectives and driving an agile, innovative and high performing culture
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Partner the Marketing People and Organization (P&O) Advisors and Leaders to conduct needs analysis to identify development opportunities and suggest strategies to close these gaps
- Provide advisory to the business on learning and development effectiveness in partnership with P&O Advisors and management of internal facilitators and external vendors
- Design the Mid-Career Development Pathway to build the capabilities to enable career progression within the organisation
- Providing career development advice to internal stakeholders and map development plans that support their progression and aspirations
- Facilitate design, development, and evaluation of internal and external learning programs that target professional development and continuous learning of employees
- Review and create an overarching plan that provide holistic integration of people and talent development to support the Future of Workplace
- Oversee the outsourcing of program development and delivery to external vendors including selection, negotiation of contract, pricing, and overall vendor performance the facilitators in the Pre and Post learning administration
- Partner Group Learning team to align BU roadmap with Groupwide strategic direction and execute the plans
**Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant disciplines
- Able to work flexibly in a global timezone
**Specific Knowledge requirements**:
- Operations: LMS, Learning needs analysis, facilitation skills, curriculum design
- Management: Stakeholder management and influence
**Learning and Development**
Makes full use of learning and development strategy, frameworks and best practice to deliver effective, accessible development solutions which have a measurable impact on individual, team and organisational performance.
Demonstrates a basic understanding of established learning and development frameworks, principles and processes and applies basic tools.
**Talent Management**
Understands and embeds talent management strategy, processes and tools to attract, engage, retain and develop individuals in line with Anglo American’s current and future requirements.
Applies broad understanding of Talent process and tools within own customer grouping.
**HR Service Management and Systems**
Understands and utilises HR systems and processes to deliver quality service and improvements to the business.
**Project Management**
Applies project management standards, tools and techniques to ensure delivery of HR projects on time and within budget which deliver quality outcomes in line with stakeholder expectations and business requirements.
Demonstrates a basic understanding of project management focus areas, lifecycle and tools.
