We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Vice President, Premier Team Head.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Lead, develop and manage a team of premier Relationship managers managing our special segments Executive premier clients and senior management staff clients to ensure achievement of the business objectives
- Lead, develop and manage GPB accommodation managers and ensure service excellence for Retail clients holding GPB relationships
- The incumbent will need to perform and approve periodic enhance due diligence review for SCC clients
- Create and maintain an environment the team maximizes performances in achieving overall WPB objectives
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies and manage risk associated with the team’s portfolio
- Ensure the team adhere to all KYC/AML and other compliance norms are strictly adhere to
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding the bank, its clients and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules & regulations adhering to Policy,
