Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world’s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Vice President, Premier Team Head.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- The primary role of a Premier Team Manager is to lead and manage the sales force, drive sales strategy, monitor sales performance and identify development needs of the sales staff
- The incumbent implements strategies to drive and expand customer relationships through consistent sale and service of financial service products
- The role will need to deliver the Network strategy, accountable for the implementation of face to face delivery of the Retail Banking and Wealth Management plan including structure, sales goals, Profit and Loss performance and leads or sales prospect management
- The incumbent also needs to lead Premier activities to ensure opportunities are identified and client's needs are met effectively, through maximising all available resources
- In delivering the business objectives you must also maintain the levels of operational integrity required by HSBC Group, and closely managing the collective performance of your team. Creating and maintaining an environment and relationships where your team maximise performance in contributing to the Retail Banking and Wealth Management business

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Relationship management experience with high net worth clients
- Strong technical skills in wealth management
- Strong communication, client focus and influencing skills
- Strong sales orientation, networking and portfolio management skills
- Sound knowledge of financial services products and services and the client relationship management system
- Understanding of business banking client segment and products and services
