**What you will be working on**
- Globally, the energy sector is evolving rapidly as it is faced with rapid technological changes and the urgent need to combat climate change. Under the Singapore Green Plan 2030, efforts are focused on using cleaner energy and increasing our energy efficiency to lower our carbon footprint. As part of the Industry Development team, you will be at a frontier that is increasingly digitalised, decentralised and decarbonised. You will chart Singapore's Energy Transition as we build up industry and enterprise capabilities in catalysing and deploying innovative energy solutions.

**What we are looking for**
- Develop an innovative, vibrant energy ecosystem in Singapore. Develop and sharpen strategies in response to the changing energy landscape and capture green growth opportunities. Enable the development and deployment of energy solutions to advance Singapore's Energy Transition towards a more sustainable future. Develop promising solutions for a decarbonised energy sector and build capabilities across the energy ecosystem. This includes the deployment of solutions in areas such as Energy Storage Systems, and Digitalisation (e.g. smart grids, robotics and cyber-security). Identify opportunities for test-bedding innovative solutions, conceive partnership programmes and implement them to enable the translation of R&D outcomes to address industry-relevant challenges, while capturing economic opportunities for Singapore
