**Responsibilities**
- Create visual displays in the store to showcase products and promotions.
- Work with the store management team to plan and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain store aesthetics by ensuring merchandise is always displayed in an organized,appealing, and brand-consistent manner.
- Regularly refresh visual displays to reflect new inventory, bestsellers, and promotional strategies.
- Manage invent retail trends and competitor displays to keep Selffix’s visual mory levels of visual supplies and ensure they are always available.
- Provide training and guidance to store staff on visual merchandising standards and techniques.
- Conduct frequent store walkthroughs to identify display opportunities and ensure visual standards are upheld.
- Partner with marketing, branding, and design departments to conceptualize and execute impactful in-store visuals.
- Stay updated on erchandising current and competitive.
- Track performance of visual displays through customer feedback and sales reports; adapt and improve based on data insights.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience asportfolio
- Solid hands-on experience in store setups, including window dressing, signage, layout planning, and space optimization.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools
- Up-to-date knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong analytical skills; able to interpret sales and customer data to improve display effectiveness.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience refresh visual displays to reflect new inventory, bestsellers, and promotional strategies.
